MedTech-Cluster
Since 2002, the medical technology cluster (initially known as the health cluster) of Business Upper Austria has stood for networking, cooperation and innovation. We are the central interface between business, science and medicine. The aim is to bring together the current 230 partners from all over Austria and to initiate joint projects. Almost 90 ideas from the medtech industry have already been successfully implemented together in so-called cluster cooperation projects as well as national and international projects .

- The MTC was in 2002 as Health Cluster (12/01/2015 renamed Medical Technology Cluster) founded and today has 230 cluster partners
- 86 ideas for cluster cooperation projects as well as national and international projects have been successfully implemented (since 2005)
- The MTC is currently cooperating with 4 strategic innovation partners and 23 cooperation partners
- 25 events of various formats arecarried out by the MTC each year with over 400 participants
